Introduction
I am a Registered Counsellor in private practice. My approach is client-focused and integrative. Although a solution-focused therapeutic approach is applied, the previous history of relationships can not be discarded and false beliefs and hurts need to be dealt with and healed.
One cannot change one's past but one can decide how to deal with it and how to move forward in order to live the fulfilling life everyone deserves.
Sometimes we need to get a new perspective on matters which hold us back from living a fulfilling life. An independent counsellor can be the facilitator in order to help one achieve this goal and take that final step to live the life you deserve. I operate in the Randburg area.
