I am a Registered Trauma Counsellor in Private Practice. I work with children, adolescents and adults.A Registered Counsellor "provides basic assessment, psychological screening, psycho-education and emotional support for individuals, with the aim of enhancing their optimal personal functioning.
Counselling provides a safe, nurturing environment for people to be heard, understood and express themselves confidentially. A Counsellor is highly trained in assisting the individual to rationalize and examine their thoughts, feelings and actions so that they can gain increased personal insight, self confidence and the ability to make informed decisions when it comes to their behaviour, problems and their lives.Counselling services provided are:
