Universal Counselling is a professional service offering face to face therapy for individuals and couples. The service offers counselling for a wide variety of issues including bereavement and loss, stress, anxiety and depression, trauma and abuse, childhood issues, eating disorders, anger and relationship difficulties.
At Universal Counselling you will find yourself in a friendly, supportive, safe and non-judgemental environment where you will be treated with respect. You will have the opportunity to explore to a greater depth the thoughts and feelings surrounding the difficulties you are currently facing. You will be encouraged to draw upon your own resources and helped to explore and work through problems by increasing your awareness and understanding. In doing this you will gain the ability to develop self-acceptance, personal insight and make any neccessary changes that may be needed to make.
