I assist people in making the changes in their lives, some which they know about, some which they don’t, helping them to live the life that they want to lead, and to move forward in a way that allows them to achieve their outcomes at the pace that is right for them.
After years of dedicated studying, gaining important qualifications and getting vital experience in ‘Person Centred Therapy’, ‘Neuro Linguistic Programming’, ‘Hypnosis’ and becoming a ‘Workshop Leader’, I decided it was time to become a Therapist.
To overcome the limitations of using any one type of therapy I called upon my new skills and all of my experience to put together a series of therapies that help people. quickly!
