With over 20 years experience counselling, I have had clients from all walks of life, different social and financial standing, ethnic minorities and people with different cultural and educational background. My clients have included individuals and couples in all kinds of relationships, married and unmarried couples as well as gay and lesbian couples.

I started as a psychodynamic counsellor and trained in the systemic approach when I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Couple Therapy. I am an accredited Psychosexual Therapist , a Couple Relationship Counsellor, and EMDR Therapist and a Bereavement Counsellor. I am also a Supervisor, and trained to work with young people as well as Sexual Minorities (LGBT). I have recently completed my training in working with Sexual Offenders.

I also worked for Relate as one of their relationship experts in the media for over 6 years
