The Plough Inn - Longparish

Dating back to 1721, The Plough Inn can be found in the beautiful village of Longparish in the picturesque Test Valley. We are a couple of miles from the A303 and a short drive from Winchester, Basingstoke and Newbury. With the world renowned River Test on our doorstep and the Test Way passing through our car park, we provide the perfect stop off for a refreshing pint of real ale or a bite to eat from our delicious menu.

Taken over earlier this year by renowned chef James Durrant and having undergone extensive refurbishment, the Plough Inn remains a traditional country pub but with a more contemporary feel and top class food. With its warm, welcoming surroundings, log burning fires and cosy snug it still retains its original character and charm. The aim of all at The Plough is to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable whether it be for a quick drink or a meeting with friends and family for lunch or dinner. There is plenty of room in our attractive garden for dining outside. Children are always welcome and specially catered for.
