Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver opened St. JOHN in October 1994.
St. JOHN is open for lunch in the dining room from Monday to Friday between noon and 3.00 pm and on Sunday from 1.00 pm until 3.30 pm.
Supper is served from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm Monday to Saturday and closed Sunday evening.
Our bar opens from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm during the week, as per the dining room on Saturdays and from noon to 5.00 pm on Sundays.
Larger groups reserving for the dining room at St. JOHN are offered a choice of dishes from our seasonal feasting menus.
