Rose Cafe and Bakery

We ordered a cake for my son's birthday. They promised it would be ready by 11.00 on the morning of the party as we explained the party was at 12.00 and some distance away. When I called to collect it I was told, quite curtly, that I couldn't have it until at least 13.00 which was far to late. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. They did give me a refund but were quite rude to me. If your order is for something special do NOT in any circumstances go there otherwise you risk poor service and disappointment. They are simply not to be trusted and not even worth the 1 star I put but I had to choose one to submit the review.
