Backhaus in London 175 Ashburnham Road TW10 7NR makes hand-baked German bread and cakes. Our range of breads are manufactured and strictly controlled according to old-fashioned methods and traditional recipes - all handmade freshly on our premises.
We only use German flours and ingredients like seeds and kernels.
Only flour, sour dough, iodised salt and revitalised water (elisa-system) are used. No improvers, no chemical products are added.
All our breads are VEGETARIAN and VEGAN. All our breads have a low glycamic value, too, and hence are suitable for a weight-reducing diet plan.
We also create traditional cakes like Blackforest cake, cheese cakes, cream tarts.
