Rasa Sayang Restaurant

I had to ask for a glass of water five times as well chicken and beef. When I did the staff made me feel guilty for asking for more food. The staff seemed rude and grumpy. I think a take away would be nicer next time

When you go to a restaurant what do you want - At the end of the day you mainly want great food, Rasa Sayang food is fantastic - in fact one of the best around, Thats the good points, As for the bad points we attended on 24.01.2013 and the place was freezing, my wife had to sit with her coat on as the heating had broken down. The two staff seemed very grumpy and made you feel sorry for asking for anything, We did not see a smile all night from one of the staff and boarderd on the line of being rude without doing anything, saying that the food won us over , just feel the staff need to raise a smile and SORT THE HEATING OUT
