Introduction
Midlands PKA Kickboxing classes are run by husband & wife team Lee & Jo Jones giving you the benefit of being taught by two instructors rather than just one.
We have many combined years of kickboxing experience and we take great pride in passing this onto all our students in each class. Along with our coaching team we offer students of all levels the best possible kickboxing lessons.
Our classes are never the same week in week out giving you a varied and progressive workout whilst learning a modern martial art.
Optional sparring is also practiced in class and separate dedicated lessons under full supervision if desired. The use of full protective equipment is mandatory.
All of our kickboxing classes are open to men, women and children of all ages and abilities.
Midlands PKA kickboxing are affiliated to the Professional Kickboxing Association (PKA) We hold full insurance, advanced CRB checks and first aid qualifications.
We offer a FREE trial class and different membership packages to suit individuals and families.
