At Mileburne Restaurant we are passionate about letting our quality local produce speak for itself. The menus we produce reflect the very best in seasonal produce. We source all of our ingredients locally and if we have to go further a field, we endeavour to buy from British producers. We believe this not only supports regional and British business alike but also reduces the time and distance food has travelled to get to the plate.

We take full advantage of our wonderful location in rural South Derbyshire. With its plentiful supply of market gardens and exceptionally fresh produce, we understand the origin of all of the ingredients we use in the kitchen and only use independent suppliers and producers. Our menus constantly change in order that we reflect the seasonal produce we can source. We were thrilled that this attention to detail has been recognised with the much coveted ‘Restaurant of the Year 2011’ award in this years prestigious Derbyshire Food and Drink Awards.

Mileburne Restaurant is located in a Grade II listed Georgian building, nestled in the heart of the beautiful village of Melbourne. With only five tables Mileburne offers great food, exclusive service, a relaxed and intimate atmosphere and an ever changing menu reflecting seasonal produce.
