Introduction
Our passion at Demuths is vegetables and our cooking will please all, whether vegetarian, vegan or simply a lover of good food. We provide a unique dining experience and our cuisine emphasises fresh flavours and local produce.
Come and join us for lunch or dinner. Demuths provides a relaxed and intimate atmosphere for any meal, whether it's a special family gathering or a cosy meal for two.
If you are passionate about vegetables, why not attend one of our cooking courses with Rachel Demuth at the Vegetarian Cookery School.
The restaurant occupies the ground floor and basement of Ralph Allens Town House. A Grade 1 Georgian building, with original panelled walls, colourful art and large airy windows with views of the Bath Abbey.
We do not offer a children's menu, but are happy to offer our standard menu for well-behaved children at lunch or earlier in the evenings, and can provide a high chair for toddlers and babies.
For any special occasions we can organise for bubbly to greet you on arrival or even a cake specially made for you (although this must be discussed and confirmed with a member of the kitchen team in advance)!
