Bodywise Pilates has been around for over 5 years now we offer Pilates Matwork classes (all levels level specific classes) Group Equipment Studio classes as well as Private 1-1 sessions. We run specialised Antenatal classes chair classes for over 60s and Teenagers classes. Our specialisation is rehabilitation. We deal with the after effects of hip replacements and offer help with scoliosis back and posture problems. Welcome to South Devon Pilates. Torquay's newest and only dedicated Pilates Studio. We offer both equipment based and matwork Pilates classes. Catherine Ogilvy-Stuart owner of the South Devon Pilates Studio is a highly experienced Pilates Instructor. Catherine qualified with Body Control Pilates in 1999 in matwork. In 2006 she qualified on Pilates Resistance based equipment with Polestar Pilates.
