South Devon Pilates

Welcome to South Devon Pilates. Torquay's newest and only dedicated Pilates Studio. We offer both equipment based and matwork Pilates classes.
Catherine Ogilvy-Stuart, owner of the South Devon Pilates Studio, is a highly experienced Pilates Instructor. Catherine qualified with Body Control Pilates in 1999 in matwork. In 2006 she qualified on Pilates Resistance based equipment with Polestar Pilates. She has helped many of her clients improve their posture, inner strength and breathing and general sense of well being.
Pilates can help prevent injuries or rehabilitate after injury. As such it is suitable for EVERYONE young or old, healthy or sick, fit or unfit, athletic or not.
