Introduction
Bodywise Pilates has been around for over 5 years now, we offer Pilates Matwork classes (all levels, level specific classes), Group Equipment Studio classes as well as Private 1-1 sessions. We run specialised Antenatal classes, chair classes for over 60s and Teenagers classes.
Our specialisation is rehabilitation. We deal with the after effects of hip replacements and offer help with scoliosis, back and posture problems.
Our teachers are all trained by the Pilates Foundation, the highest standard of Pilates training in the country (www.pilatesfoundation.com).
