Just 3 minutes away from the beach of Praia da Oura and Praia dos Bicos, villa Quinta Pedra dos Bicos, is built in high point of complete tranquility on a prime location with stunning views over the ocean.
On the ground floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom (these 2 bedrooms can be linked). One of the bedrooms have a TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 children.
The large living room, all made of glass, offers a fantastic view over the lush gardens, pool and sea. For the cards games fans there is a corner with a cards game table. From the windows glass that opens to the garden, you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a barbecue. In one of the corners there is a TV area with TV and DVD player, as well as a fire place.
Next to the living room is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge and a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden.
Finally, in the middle of the villa there is an open garden area, with flower vases, a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room.
The first floor access is enabled by a wooden staircase. On the first floor has three double bedrooms, one with fireplace and all with private bathrooms with shower. There is also fourth on the same floor with a bath in the bathroom.

The villa also offers a garage with room for two vehicles and a small games room with pool table.

Among the private garden or large balcony panoramic where the cliente can choose where to contemplate the sunset.

[€ 5000 security deposit will charged at check-in in form of a pre-authorization on the credit card, which will be released at check-out in case of no damages or brakes. In case the client wants to host any type of event (birthday, wedding, etc) the will be an extra fee of 3000€, which is non-refundable and doesn´t include any type of service (a rental agreement will be signed by both parties). To confirm the booking a 25% deposit of the totalwill be requested, the remaing amount will be charged at check-in.].
