I provide exercise rehabilitation for orthopeadic injuries and chronic disease for all ages.
I give a postural assessment to find the cause of the injury and then use movement - stretching and exercise - to help solve the problem.
I see a lot of women pre and post op for breast cancer, all sport injuries for all sporting fields,not just the conventional sporting fields but MMA, gymnasts, dancers,crossfitters included.
I see a number of people of all ages for various back and neck injuries, including thorasic outlet syndrome, arthrits, osteoarthritis to name a few.
Postural problems and growth problems especially for growing children is also an interest.
Final phase rehabilitation to get athletes back into training is also part of my service. Rehabilitation for all chronic diseases such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis is also provided.
I am also an avid CrossFitter and have competed at Regionals and do weightlifting and gymnastics. As a result I am now doing rehabilitation for injuries that occur with the weightlifting and gymnastic movements.
