Having our own kitchen and team onsite allows us to provide bespoke catering for all our clients.
Whether it’s an egg benedict before the meeting start in the morning or a tasty hot lunch after that same session, these items will be prepare onsite by our experienced chefs and served beautifully in our break out area.
Just like some of the top hotels in London we also now offer Nespresso coffee allowing guests to enjoy a delicious espresso or cappuccino at the push of a button.
Offering a clean white space combine with a modern, and fully adjustable, LED lighting system allows us to create different atmosphere to suits various type of meetings. From a boardroom meeting on video conference with the US to a beauty product brand staff training with video presentation VANILLA can be transformed and adjusted to any style and ambience.
With already numerous AV items included in our hire fee such as large projector and screen, laptop, clicker or even microphones whether lapel or handheld, the value offered is really tremendous.
Two separate WIFI networks are also available for both guests and host to use either for a social network interaction of a live feed via our dedicated IP address.
We also include staffing in our meeting room offering and provide cloakroom, bar staff and even serving staff for the breakfast and lunch breaks.
