Trotter's Independent Condiments

Trotter's Independent Condiments is a purveyor of unusual, seasonal and delicious condiments, they range from cocktail condiments such as Mojito Jelly and A Bloody Shame, to seasonal condiments including Wild garlic pesto in Spring and Spicy Plum and apple chutney at christmas.
The company was started by Byam Trotter in 2009 at the age of 22 cooking from his parents kitchen and selling to the local farm shops and at the local farmers markets. Three years in and Mr. Trotter is still The Boss and now has a small team of staff cooking out of a converted fish and chip shop in East Fife. Trotter's Independent Condiments is now selling its products all over Britain to the independent retail including farm shops, delicatessens and specialist food stores from the Shetland isles to Summer Set. They also sell direct at farmers markets and consumer food shows around the central belt of Scotland including the BBC Good Food Show, The Royal Highland and the Taste of Edinburgh.
Trotter's Independent Condiments plan in expanding slowly for next few years, the mission is to increase market share without losing touch with our roots of quality and care.
