Introduction
Welcome to the Doric Bar and Restaurant, Edinburgh's oldest Gastro Pub
Built in the 17th Century and adapted to become a Gastro Pub in the 18th Century when everything was homemade and locally sourced.
Today the Doric is no different, our food is still completely homemade and our produce is still sourced locally from many of the smaller, more specified and more reputable suppliers. The menu consists of traditional Scottish dishes such as Haggis, our famous Cullen Skink, and fine food with influences from around the world.
