Jody
Inn Manager
Jody has been in the hospitality industry since 1996. She has held most positions in lodging, from housekeeping/laundry to front desk to sales to management, including general manager of a 91-room hotel here in Lancaster County. We snatched her in March of 2012 from sales at a 100-room property because the Inn management saw her passion for guest service and satisfaction.
When Jody joined us, she brought with her a mission statement: "Enter as strangers. Leave as friends." Many of our guests tell us that she truly embodies that feeling, and that warm friendship is what keeps them coming back again and again.
Jody will greet you with a warm happy smile when you arrive at the Inn, and she'll make you feel right at ease. She's also full of great ideas for dining options and attractions, and quick to go out of her way to make you reservations or get additional information for you.
