Introduction
The benefits of Tai Chi are well known—they include improved posture, mobility, relaxation, breathing and circulation. At Shefford we practice primarily Chen Style and some Yang Style. The focus is mainly on health, relaxation and personal development, while understanding the martial roots of each style. Classes are held in Shefford, Luton and Letchworth and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Beginners & Seniors (mixed class) – Luton and Dunstable:
Wednesday: 20.00 – 21.00
Laojia form
Venue: Chaul End Community Centre, 515 Dunstable Road, Luton, LU4 8QN
Cost: £5 per class (special introductory class rate until 5th August 2015)
Beginners & Seniors (mixed class):
Sunday: 19.00 – 21.00
Beginners: Laojia form
Seniors: Laojia, also Broadsword and Xinjia as appropriate

Ian Deavin is an experienced practitioner and teacher who has studied Tai Chi in Beijing, Hong Kong, France and the UK. He is BCCMA recognised (British Council for Chinese Marshall Arts) and a member of the Chinese Internal Arts Association. He is also a Karate 4th Dan.
