Since making a career change in 2013 I have been putting to use my 30 years of experience in education working as a consultant, facilitator and coach.

I think of my business as organisational improvement through people development. Schools as organisations thrive, grow, gain and sustain excellence through investing in their people. High levels of accountability and high expectations call for ambitious, talented teams and leaders who are willing to take risks and innovate in order to achieve excellence.

I take great pride in designing very personalised services for my clients and deliver to high standards while maintaining a sense of fun. After all, learning and change require trust and confidence as well as challenge.

I am currently developing two new projects; the first focuses on career and performance coaching to education and non-education professionals in the UK; and the second is working with SKEA, as a licensed internal assessor for EFQM, to promote EFQM 'Committed to Excellence Award' to schools in the UAE.

I am an accredited member of the Society of Education Consultants (SEC); member of Association for Achievement and Improvement through Assessment (AAIA); a student at Warwick University on the Coaching Diploma course to further enrich and deepen my coaching practice.
