Business Learning Foundation, a learning and development consultancy that specialises in Management Development, Soft Skill Training, Team Building and Business Coaching. Also available is our own range of psychometrics and eBooks to support the various methods of development.
70% of our delivery is bespoke, in-house requirements, designed specifically for the client to meet their commercial objectives. The rest of our delivery is through public courses which are run across the UK to meet members of the public and organisations with smaller requirements needs.
Being an ILM approved centre not only offers clients the option of an accredited program in either Management or Business Coaching, but it shows the high level to which we operate as the approval requires regular quality checks by the official awarding body.
We are renowned for our innovative exercises used throughout all of our development programmes. Our blended learning approach and exercises keep delegates energised, engaged, inspired and underpin the learning in a way which can be directly related and applied back into the workplace.
Founded in 1985 in Nottingham, we have built an impressive and loyal client base.
