SOLWAY MUSIC RESOURCES - provides a number of services which includes supplying music for weddings (for more information please go to our weddings page) and also a support service for schools and the local community.
“Swingthing†which is run by Solway Music, is a 4/5 piece jazz/swing band which is available for weddings, celebrations, functions and corporate events. The band specialises in jazz and swing music in the “rat pack†style but is equally at ease performing in a variety of genres.
"3jazz" is a quality jazz trio ideal for your drinks reception.
"Brian Melville" is a solo pianist of considerable expertise and experience.
Support is available to schools in a variety of disciplines. Keyboard tuition is available at all levels from beginner to advanced levels. Guitar teaching is available for any pupil who requires a thorough grounding in the basics before proceeding to more advanced work. Brass instrument tuition is possible from beginner to intermediate levels with a wealth of experience in this area.. Vocal tuition is available and is delivered to large and small groups inside or out of the classroom.
Record X is a recording facility which is an integral part of Solway Music and is available for recording projects large and small.
