Introduction
Royal Garden opened its doors on 13th November 1990 with a huge party, including a 30ft Chinese fire cracker and a lion dance; it certainly entered with a big bang! It has remained under the same management since the opening and converted what was originally an Italian Trattoria into a truly successful Chinese restaurant.
This success is owed to the Cheung family; from beginning and still to the present day it is run by a husband and wife team, Lin and Lawrence. They have built up a loyal clientele and the restaurant has earned itself the reputation of being 'the meeting place for friends'.
