Introduction
Based in the North East of England, Renown Engineering Ltd is a premium supplier of complex fabricaton, large machining, design, painting and coating (to NORSOK standards), assembly and testing services. Operating from a 37,000sqft facility with up to 20 tonne lifting capacity, Renown has full ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.
Renown's main industries include oil and gas, defence, security, marine, offshore and renewable energy. For these industries, Renown regularly provides the whole customer service, from design and manufacture, through to testing and finishing. For example, Renown Engineering has been involved in all of the major MOD defence contracts for land vehicles, such as Challenger II, Terrier and Panther, working closely with some of the largest defence organisation in the world.
Renown Engineering is also a member of Renown Group, and has two sister companies also in the North East of England - PJ Engineering Products Ltd and Renown Oil & Gas Ltd. The Renown Group is able to combine its engineering specialities and provide its customers with a service of enviable quality.
