Project inception, analysis of requirements and formulation of project brief.
Site survey of existing space and production of scale drawings in CAD format.
Concept design and presentation of initial scheme design which may include 3D computer visuals, space planning, freehhand sketches and plan layouts.
Proposals to include concepts for bar fixtures, reception designs, external shop facades and signage.
Outline electrical and lighting layouts including co-ordination of M&E elements.
Initial budget costings.
Guidance towards getting a project through the planning and advertisement consent process.
Development of design following initial presentation of ideas and client feedback into final proposals, which may include specification of materials, fittings and finishes, detailing of internal joinery items and sourcing of loose furniture.
Procurement of artwork.
Production of working detail.
