Introduction
Reflectionz offers equine assisted therapy, skills development and team building programmes to individuals, couples, families and teams. There is no horse riding involved; rather clients interact with horses through various activities on the ground. Horses reflect body language, and this enables behaviour change and personal growth to occur. Clients are able to take what they learn in the arena back to life immediately.
Sessions are focused on developing a client’s skills, such as communication, team work, creative thinking, and decision making. We take safety very seriously and our team of internationally certified facilitators work to provide an emotionally and physically safe environment for participants and for horses.
We are able to tailor make a programme to suit your needs. We have worked with children with special needs (such as autism), to adults in a corporate environment, and most things in between!
