Progressive Wills Ltd was set up by Gary Taylor LLB (Hons) to provide non-reserved legal services to clients at an affordable price.
Gary qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and he practised as a full time Wills Trusts and Probate solicitor until 2013. He was the Wills Probate and Trust partner at an established East Lancashire solicitors practice from 2008 - 2013. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of estate planning, will writing and estate administration.
Gary no longer practices as a solicitor and the work he and Progressive Wills Ltd undertake is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, as Progressive Wills Ltd is not a solicitors practice. However the work undertaken by Progressive Wills Ltd must comply with a strict code of practice laid down by the Institute of Professional Willwriters which serves to protect the interests of our clients. In complying with the code of practice our clients can be confident that they will receive a service which meets the highest professional standards. Further protection is afforded to our clients as we are required as members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance of at least £2,000,000 to cover and protect our clients.
