Introduction
Peninsula dining room was opened in May 2009 by Ross Gray, who has worked on the Wirral for 11 years as Head Chef at Est Est Est, The Grove House Hotel and most recently The Green Dolphin Brasserie and Bar where he successfully ran the kitchen for the first year.
