Introduction
Gerald Erickson, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, graduated from Richard Stockton College with degrees in both Psychology and Administration. Prior to the opening of Optimum Health, Mr. Erickson was the Director of a medical, rehabilitation and support services facility for the geriatrics. After 15 years of successful operations as the CEO, Mr. Erickson started a new career and launched Optimum Health. In 1997 he opened the doors of Optimum Health and Exercise with the mission to help people who have failed to recover from their injuries and chronic pain. Twenty years later we are providing multiple services ranging from fitness and sports specific training, weight management and nutrition, myofacilitation therapy, pre/post-natal care and programs that help with chronic diseases.
