based in Lenzie. Reps level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Craig McGibbon will train you on a strictly 1 to 1 basis, meaning you will always have Craig's full attention throughout your 1 hour training session. Craig can train you on Muscle Building, Strength Training, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss and Nutritional Advice. Our private gym is fully kitted out with
Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Spin Bike, Rower, Stepper, Cable Crossover Machine, Olympic Weight Bar & Bench, Dumbells, Barbells, Punchbag & Gloves.
