Steven
Head Physiotherapist
Steven is a highly qualified Physiotherapist who has been practising for a number of years at various public and private health establishments.
Steven first graduated from Strathclyde University with a Sports and Exercise Science degree and spent two years working as a Personal Trainer. This background enables him to treat an array of ailments and develop tailored treatment and exercise programmes specifically for you and your circumstances. His extensive knowledge of sport and sporting injuries are particularly helpful in sport rehabilitation.
Steven went on to qualify from Queen Margaret University with a Physiotherapy Masters Degree and has been a practising Physiotherapist ever since within various acute hospital settings and community treatment centres throughout Scotland.
Steven is also widely experienced in providing workplace ergonomic assessments and developing programmes for corporate clients.
Steven continues to develop his knowledge and has been trained in Cyriax, Maitland, and McKenzie techniques while he can also list MACP techniques in his repertoire which help him find a solution for each of his clients individual needs, from simple to complex cases.

Qualifications: BSc. (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science & Masters in Physiotherapy.MCSP. Experience: Over 7 years in the NHS experience before moving into private practice. Qualified Fitness instructor. Area of Expertise: Steven has a keen interest in conditioning for sport and has has helped elite boxers, footballers, gymnasts, runners and karate professionals to achieve peak performance. Steven specialises in sports injuries, end stage rehabilitation, lower limb injuries and low back pain. Fun Fact: Steven is a FIFA International Referee
