Introduction
N D Oliver & Co Ltd, Chartered Land Surveyors, are experts in the collection, organisation, presentation and delivery of spatial data. Based in Manchester, we work throughout the UK. Our work is backed by Professional Indemnity insurance and we operate under the rules and regulations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We offer a comprehensive range of services to a variety of client sectors.
Site surveys, floor plans, elevations, underground utilities, National Grid coordinates, lease plans, NIA and GIA drawings, boundary surveys, contours, cross-sections, ground models and volume computations are routinely provided.
The latest technology, coupled with the expertise of our surveyors, is used to produce a consistent, high quality product. Eight of our 25 staff have been with Oliver’s since Norman established the Company in 1995. Before that they had worked for his father Mike, again for over 12 years. Likewise many current customers have been associated with Oliver’s for over 25 years.
