Introduction
The Minerva is a 4 star B&B in Paignton, as verified by Visit Britain. Our beautiful newly decorated guest house has been specially designed to be a welcoming home from home.
The Minerva B&B has comfortable bedrooms, all en suite and individually decorated, with all the amenities you would expect, plus a few special extras to add to your enjoyment.
All the rooms have digital flat screen TVs with free view, DVD Players, wifi, hairdryer, tea, coffee, biscuits, full central heating and a collection of complementary bathroom accessories.
If you're like most of our guests, you will enjoy a full, hearty, English breakfast served with all the trimmings. We also have toast, jams, marmalade, cereals, tea, coffee and fruit juices. Breakfast is served in our spacious and newly decorated dining room.
We are a non-smoking guest house but have a designated smoking area outside. We enjoy having families to stay - we have a family room with one double bed and a single. We also we have a stair lift for our guests who struggle with stairs.
Our guest house in Paignton is situated minutes from the town centre and 100 metres from the seafront, with its long sandy beach and fun-filled Pier with amusements of all types.
We have recently opened our new restaurant – The Cattlemans Steakhouse – Torbay’s only Steakhouse serving just Aberdeen Angus steaks and ‘steaks on a stone’.
Paignton has many local attractions: Paignton Zoo, Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway, Quay West, Kents Cavern and the Model Village.
