Chris Cervelli joined Michael Cervelli Real Estate in 1999 as an agent in residential and commercial sales. He furthered his Real Estate acumen by obtaining his Broker's License in 2003. Mr. Cervelli later received the Platinum Sales Award for two consecutive years in 2006 and 2007. During this time Mr. Cervelli closed over $50,000,000 in real estate transactions. He was recognized as a 2007 Commercial Broker All Star from Real Estate NJ and was nominated as a Top Industry Leader by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. In 2007, Chris extended himself to the management division at Cervelli Management Corp. as a site manager. Using his experience in commercial real estate, he has combined physical building knowledge with responsive customer service to enhance the value of Cervelli Management Corp.

Currently Chris oversee’s all sales activities at Cervelli Real Estate and is constantly building on that platform to provide our clients with the highest level or service.

In 2006, Chris extended his responsibilities to include the role of portfolio manager in the management division at Cervelli Management Corporation. Using his experience in commercial real estate, he has combined physical building knowledge with responsive customer service to enhance the value of the properties under his management. Currently he supervises all field operations, along with obtaining new accounts for future management. He has developed a widening circle of partnerships with commercial property owners in the tri-state area and has created relationships with reliable vendors.

Mr. Cervelli also supervises the marketing and press for the company. He works relentlessly to make Cervelli Management Corporation a nationally recognized firm and has developed a sales platform for all new employees.

Honored for over 26 years as a Million Dollar Sales & Broker Associate, Diana Lynn Tront has been actively involved in the marketing and sales of Cooperative and Condominium units along Boulevard East, as well as Residential sales, short sales, multi-family homes and rental units. New York native Gardner Rivera, discovered his love for real estate while attending an “Intro to Real Estate Class” at Penn State University. His interest led him to Tudor Realty Services, a “best in class” property management firm, where he soon became their youngest associate. After his tenure at Tudor, he earned a position at Gorton and Partners, a boutique specialty construction management firm. This opportunity allowed Gardner to work on such projects as the Metropolitan Museum and Columbia University’s Manhattanville Project.

Driven by his desire to complement real world experience with an education in real estate, he completed the Masters of Real Estate Development program at Columbia University in 2009. In 2010 Mr. Rivera was accepted into the International Council of Shopping Center’s Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) program, an exceptional platform for minority professionals in real estate, where he received a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate.

After an intensive educational experience, he founded Paper City Investments, a consulting firm specializing in creating urban investment opportunities for small business owners and high net worth individuals. An impromptu meeting with a broker he’d previously collaborated with resulted in Gardner being hired away from PCI by Michael Cervelli Real Estate, to assist in the firm’s Hudson County investment sales and expand their investment and acquisitions platform.

Gardner resides in northern Manhattan. His hobbies include collecting Haitian art and mentoring young people on the merits of investment and career planning.

Harald Jonassen works focuses on commercial real estate with retail and residential potential. He tirelessly works to make sure the clients gets the best deal possible.

James Cervelli joined Michael Cervelli Real Estate in 2002. Since then he has obtained his sales persons license. As an agent, he has represented many buyers and sellers in processing sales transactions.

In 2007, James joined the management team as a portfolio manager specializing in resident relations and customer service. His hands-on involvement has allowed James to successfully implemented new operating and management practices. It is the belief that attention to the smallest detail to the largets projects provides a strong foundation to achieve the highest level of customer service.

Johanna Breen is a realtor-broker associate with 12 years of experience. She boasts a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Marketing and an A.S. in Accounting. She also has an A.A.S. in Accessories Design and Notary Public.

Johanna is fluent in Spanish.

Linky Ha graduated from York College with a BA degree and has been the recipient of the “Quarter of Century” club award from Citibank. Specializing in both commercial and residential real estate, he has been with Cervelli Real Estate since 2012.

In 1983, Mr. Cervelli founded Michael Cervelli Real Estate which specializes in commercial and residential properties. Soon after, in 1985, Mr. Cervelli started to pursue his passion of property management following a stream of success in the real estate market. In 1991, Cervelli Management Corp. was officially formed.

With now over 30 years in property and asset management experience, Mr. Cervelli oversees a staff of 15 in-house employees including Brokers, property managers, accountants, support staff, who bring a combined 75 years of experience to property management. He currently manages 75 properties in New York and New Jersey. His staff has overseen construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000. He has effectively managed properties for over 5,000 tenants and worked with hundreds of boards and owners on commercial and residential sites. Mr. Cervelli has brokered thousands of properties, with a total value in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Michael is experienced in a vast array of disciplines ranging from the management of luxury condominium boards to revitalizing low income housing projects. He has personally worked to improve HUD properties in Jersey City and Newark and currently works to identify the investment opportunities within these neighborhoods for prospective buyers.

At Cervelli Management Corp., Michael has created a culture of honesty and integrity which has carried the company through many downturn cycles.
