Chris Cervelli joined Michael Cervelli Real Estate in 1999 as an agent in residential and commercial sales. He furthered his Real Estate acumen by obtaining his Broker's License in 2003. Mr. Cervelli later received the Platinum Sales Award for two consecutive years in 2006 and 2007. During this time Mr. Cervelli closed over $50,000,000 in real estate transactions. He was recognized as a 2007 Commercial Broker All Star from Real Estate NJ and was nominated as a Top Industry Leader by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. In 2007, Chris extended himself to the management division at Cervelli Management Corp. as a site manager. Using his experience in commercial real estate, he has combined physical building knowledge with responsive customer service to enhance the value of Cervelli Management Corp.

Currently Chris oversee’s all sales activities at Cervelli Real Estate and is constantly building on that platform to provide our clients with the highest level or service.

In 2006, Chris extended his responsibilities to include the role of portfolio manager in the management division at Cervelli Management Corporation. Using his experience in commercial real estate, he has combined physical building knowledge with responsive customer service to enhance the value of the properties under his management. Currently he supervises all field operations, along with obtaining new accounts for future management. He has developed a widening circle of partnerships with commercial property owners in the tri-state area and has created relationships with reliable vendors.

Mr. Cervelli also supervises the marketing and press for the company. He works relentlessly to make Cervelli Management Corporation a nationally recognized firm and has developed a sales platform for all new employees.

James Cervelli joined Michael Cervelli Real Estate in 2002. Since then he has obtained his sales persons license. As an agent, he has represented many buyers and sellers in processing sales transactions.

In 2007, James joined the management team as a portfolio manager specializing in resident relations and customer service. His hands-on involvement has allowed James to successfully implemented new operating and management practices. It is the belief that attention to the smallest detail to the largets projects provides a strong foundation to achieve the highest level of customer service.

Javier Deanta has over 14 years in property management experience. His experience working for Cervelli Management Corporation has given him expert level skills in maintaining a portfolio of properties. Javier continues to be a asset to the company as he focuses on its operational integrity.

Maria Louro joined Cervelli Management in 1998 as an administrative assistant. From there her talents were quickly realized as she rose through the ranks to now run the entire finance and administration department.

Maria has created budgets, rules and regulations and assisted in training of resident managers of Condominium Associations, residential rental buildings and commercial complexes.

Ms. Louro also has experience with remediation of city and state violations as well as preparing buildings for upcoming green card and REAC (HUD Real Estate Assessment Center) inspections. She has assisted in renovations for HUD properties in New Jersey. Maria monitors all accounts, advising condominium boards and portfolio managers on all financial affairs and discusses funding for renovation projects.

In 1983, Mr. Cervelli founded Michael Cervelli Real Estate which specializes in commercial and residential properties. Soon after, in 1985, Mr. Cervelli started to pursue his passion of property management following a stream of success in the real estate market. In 1991, Cervelli Management Corp. was officially formed.

With now over 30 years in property and asset management experience, Mr. Cervelli oversees a staff of 15 in-house employees including Brokers, property managers, accountants, support staff, who bring a combined 75 years of experience to property management. He currently manages 75 properties in New York and New Jersey. His staff has overseen construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000. He has effectively managed properties for over 5,000 tenants and worked with hundreds of boards and owners on commercial and residential sites. Mr. Cervelli has brokered thousands of properties, with a total value in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Michael is experienced in a vast array of disciplines ranging from the management of luxury condominium boards to revitalizing low income housing projects. He has personally worked to improve HUD properties in Jersey City and Newark and currently works to identify the investment opportunities within these neighborhoods for prospective buyers.

As an accounts payable/receivable specialist, Mrs. Patel handles all aspects of daily billing operations. Poonam receives all calls from tenants, vendors and property owners with questions or concerns regarding payments. She is key in the implementation of associations' policies and acting as a liaison for property owners and residents. She ensures all written correspondence, notifications and critical information is disseminated to residents in an efficient manner.

Sait Handal joined the Accounting Management team at Cervelli Management Corporation in 2012. With degrees in accounting and business management, Sait oversees all aspects of the daily financial operations for several properties and condominium buildings as well as commercial properties. Mrs. Thapa Bista manages all aspects of daily financial operations for a number of properties from condominium buildings to commercial properties. Tom understands that unit owner an board priorities balanced with resident and tenant satisfaction are integral for a harmonious existence at any property regardless of size. Tom Pahos has been an asset to the Cervelli Management team since 1986. With 26 years in property management experience and previous background knowledge in construction, Tom is an expert in negotiating bids with vendors while reviewing their work to make sure it is performed properly and efficiently. He managers all the portfolio managers' activities and is responsible for creating and supervising preventative maintenance programs and oversees renovation and maintenance projects from start to finish. He works to analyze and troubleshoot all existing building problems. Mr. Pahos also maintains correspondence regularly with government officials and other influential individuals to ensure compliance of local and federal guidelines.

Tom's lengthy resume includes the complete renovation of over 900 residential units and over 25,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition, Tom has extensive time invested in renovating and improving HUD residential properties and the rehabilitation of distressed assets.
