Introduction
We raise healthy pastured meats - Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey. Email us for availability.
Chickens and turkeys typically need to be ordered in advance, although we sometimes have them available frozen.
Beef can be ordered by the whole, quarter or half, and hogs by the half or whole. These generally require ordering in advance.
We also have a selection of beef and pork (cuts, ground, and sausages) available on a retail basis from our farm freezer and at the Viroqua Farmers Market on Saturdays. Email to request a current price list.
We tap yearly 225 maple trees in our woods to provide you with a pure Wisconsin maple syrup.
We also have a small selection of home crafted canned goods: Tomato salsa (mild, medium, hot, hotter), peach salsa, and pear butter. All made without the use of sugar, the salsa is sweetened using a small amount of honey, and the pear butter contains our own maple syrup.

Nat Kauffman
Manages animal husbandry and food production and sales
My name is Nat. I love Jesus, who has blessed me and given me life and the opportunity to serve. I love my family, and I enjoy working outside in God's creation. I appreciate good food (read, healthy and tasty food), and my interests range from meat butchery, to gardening, to raising animals on pasture, to baking bread, to forestry, to sauerkraut and kimchi making, orcharding, and woodworking. Pretty much anything to do with good food, plus some.

Takes care of farm mechanics and hay production and sales
Noah and Nat are brothers. Noah takes care of the machinery side of things as well as the hay.
