We raise healthy pastured meats - Beef Pork Chicken Turkey. Email us for availability. Chickens and turkeys typically need to be ordered in advance although we sometimes have them available frozen. Beef can be ordered by the whole quarter or half and hogs by the half or whole. These generally require ordering in advance. We also have a selection of beef and pork (cuts ground and sausages) available on a retail basis from our farm freezer and at the Viroqua Farmers Market on Saturdays.
