Introduction
The Lean Competency System (LCS) is a continuous improvement (CI) qualifications framework and community network for organisations, practitioners and employees. The LCS recognises and rewards organisations and individuals for competency in lean practice and lean training systems.
An organisation's lean training system can be accredited once it has been assessed and aligns with one of the seven LCS levels.
An individual can become certified once they have been assessed and have proven they have in-depth knowledge of their organisation's lean training system. There are also different levels of certification an individual can achieve, based on the 7 levels of the LCS qualifications framework.
