The Lean Competency System (LCS) is a continuous improvement (CI) qualifications framework and community network for organisations practitioners and employees. The LCS recognises and rewards organisations and individuals for competency in lean practice and lean training systems. An organisation's lean training system can be accredited once it has been assessed and aligns with one of the seven LCS levels.
