Master Joe Pilates said himself: “Physical fitness is the first requisite for happiness.” At Kinesia Pilates, we provide whole body training and alignment exercises to improve movement application. We teach Romana’s Pilates, which is specific to the sequence of movements and flow that are in each exercise. We also provide rhythmic apparatus classes, mat-based exercises for all skill levels. Kinesia Pilates also provides a unique blend of kettle bell exercises into our courses to give students applicable exercise for everyday movement.
