Introduction
As the Chef, I am privileged to live in part of the country where local and organic produce
is readily available during each season. I have incorporated these goods
and fresh fish flown overnight from Honolulu and the Atlantic Coast
to create delicious and exotic food for our patrons.
With my previous experience in French and Italian cuisine I've created
an Asian-Fusion palette of flavors that will entice both our daring and timid guests.
