Hi I'm Karyn of KJM Counselling, a Preston based counselling service.

You may be worried about attending your first counselling session. Believe it or not, by deciding to look up the details of a counsellor, you have already overcome the toughest part of counselling - that you need to seek help with your issues.

I offer talking therapy to individual men and women of all ages. I provide an safe environment for you to discuss the issues that are important to you and that are causing you concern. You do not have to talk about anything you don't feel ready to discuss. The counselling sessions are designed to let you discuss issues in a way that will lead you to make the decisions and find the answers that are best for you.
