Introduction
I am the owner of 'Health Yourself' my complementary therapy business. I work from a little room upstairs in my home.
I have been in business since 2004 and offer Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Hopi Ear Candles, Metamorphic Technique and I am a Reiki Master.
I can mix'n'match to suit my clients needs i.e. 'Neck & Shoulders' and / or 'Facials' etc.
I aim to create a very relaxed atmosphere, where people can feel-at-home - to Relax and Recuperate..........as I do not have to rush my treatments.
I also teach 'Chair Based Exercise' voluntary for Age UK, so very interested in exercise/activities for different problems.
