Dereck is a senior family law lawyer, having practiced exclusively in this area since being called to the Alberta Bar in 1995. As a skilled litigator, he has appeared successfully at all levels of court in Alberta as well as in numerous arbitrations. Dereck also has extensive experience in negotiating settlements and drafting agreements.

Lindsay completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy at the University of Calgary in 1996 and her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Alberta in 1999. Lindsay was called to the Alberta Bar in July 2000 and has practiced exclusively in the area of divorce and family law since. Lindsay is highly trained in alternative dispute resolutions.
