Called "the BEST boot camp in Burlington" by our devotees. Try us once and you will be hooked. We offer a serious workout with battle ropes, medicine balls, hill runs and high intensity circuits. Expect to feel and look stronger with a program that works.
Personal & Couples Training:
At HomeBodyFit, we understand that today's busy schedules can make working out a challenge. Getting to the gym or exercise class requires planning, energy and time that many of us can't afford. The brief windows of opportunity to work out don't always coincide with gym hours and class times.
Why not have your personal trainer come to you? We'll meet you at your home and take you through custom sessions that work within your fitness level and goals.
Let your personal trainer take the reins and watch as the pounds melt away and your energy soars. As well, we can help you adjust your diet so that your calorie intake and choices work for you and not against you.

We bring all of the equipment such as hand weights, exercise mats, swiss balls, medicine balls, etc.

Personal Trainer & Boot Camp Instructor
For more than five years I've built my life around training both myself and my clients. I eat, sleep and breathe the fitness lifestyle, it's what I love. It's who I am. But it hasn't always been that way.
Six years ago I was living a much different lifestyle, one devoid of exercise and nutritional knowledge. I weighed over 250 lbs., had no muscle, terrible cardio and was extremely unhappy with myself. I made what I thought were decent excuses constantly (nagging back injuries, poor genetics, no time to work out, can't afford to eat healthy) but realistically, I was finding reasons to avoid putting the work in. Luckily a Doctor's visit changed everything when I was told my cholesterol was dangerously high and it was time to step up and take care of myself or suffer the consequences. I won't lie, at first it was difficult. It's not easy working out when you're not in shape (and I definitely wasn't secure enough to work out in a public place) and healthy food just doesn't seem to taste as good at first. But it will, and you will learn to love physical fitness. Your taste palette will alter to crave things that benefit your body and you will look forward to the next invigorating workout rush. Trust me. This lifestyle change affected me so deeply that I knew I had to make it my job, so I became a certified PTS and discovered what I was born to do.
So forget about your personal genetics, eating habits, and current fitness level for a moment and focus on something we all have ingrained inside us that trumps any possible excuse. The human spirit. Once we decide we want something bad enough and we're willing to work for it, the rest is easy. Success is inevitable. All you need to bring is a positive attitude, the desire, the heart and I'll work my hardest to make sure you achieve your goals. By reading this you've shown a passion to change and I'm excited to start this journey with you.
