Hoboken Pie

Hoboken Pie makes 99% of our menu items in house. From roasted vegetable stock for our from scratch sauce to ricotta cheesecake, every item is made with care and the best ingredients available. We purchase unbleached, unbromated flour, Boar's Head nitrate and MSG-free meats from local purveyors, farm-fresh veggies, locally grown tomatoes and whole-milk cheeses to bring you delicious, high-quality pizza, pastas, subs and salads.

Our newest addition to our in-house menu is cardamom and cumin roasted pork! We give it 15 hours of love in our slow-cooker to bring you amazing pizzas like the West Texas or a perfect pulled pork sandwich if pizza isn't your fancy. Try it out today, you won't be disappointed.

Vegan? Restricted Diet? We strive to create beautiful, healthy options for customers of all types, including vegan tofu ricotta, and house-made hoagie rolls. Proud Like The Pigeon" is the slogan of this tiny pizza parlor on the corner of 8th and Red River. The actual location is easy to miss - it's sandwiched in between Bull McCabe's and Headhunters. Hoboken Pie appears to have wi-fi, though it's password protected. However, one can connect using the signal from Bull McCabe's.
